According to Dictionary.com, a regimen is defined as: a regulated course, as of diet, exercise, or manner of living, intended to preserve or restore health or to attain some result.
What can I say? I’m a creature of habit. Like as, I literally do the same exact thing as a daily routine before/after I shower and before/after I sleep. I’ve been this way since high school, but my “regimen” as I often refer to it (as my hubby groans…”it’s always one more thing!” as we’re trying to go to sleep, has matured and grown along the way.
